Room rent is for up to 4 ½  hours & $50. 00 for each additional half hour (or portion of) Please note your time starts when the first guests arrive.

 

Security personnel may be required at the discretion of Glen Oaks Golf Club

Please note:

All food must be done by Glen Oaks, no outside catering will be permitted.

Table decorations must be approved by Glen Oaks at least 2 weeks prior to your event. No small items or confetti will be allowed on tables.

 Upon booking a party, Glen Oaks will provide the following:

Silverware
Tables Set-up to suit your needs
A professionally dressed wait staff
Upon request, Table Decorations (Mirrors and Glass Bowls)
Booster seats

  Please note that we do not provide the following:

A person or utensils to cut the cake (unless otherwise requested)
Candles for the table decorations

*Renters will be responsible for setting up, dispensing, and cleaning up any items that they bring in.

** Glen Oaks will not be responsible for items lost or broken by the wedding party or their guests.
